I transformed a failing UI kit into a comprehensive design system that has become a foundation for scalable design excellence across our product vertical.

Situation
Technical
Developers are required to manually review and analyze large-scale documentation through visual inspection and comprehensive reading. This manual process creates bottlenecks in the development workflow and represents a suboptimal use of technical expertise.
Business
Current development processes were resulting in increased operational costs due to inefficient resource allocation. Development teams are dedicating significant billable hours to manual document analysis, which directly impacts project budgets and delivery timelines.
User
Inconsistent UI, creating confusion and requiring a heavy UX debt. Not compatible with WCAG.
Task
Introducing design system to our development to:
